I am making a fashion scrapbook, which will be available very soon, that showcases just a few of the designers who displayed their one-shoulder dresses at all the fashion weeks. Nonetheless, there are currently so many celebrities wearing the one-shoulder dress on the red carpet that I feel that it will lose its appeal by the Spring 2009 season. Will T.I.L. Darling Clothing Boutique be holding the one-shoulder dress this Spring? Yeah, of course, but I’m pretty sure we’ll be wary about the number of them we hold.
