People are rightly skeptical about celebrity designers, but I think Rachel Bilson has really hit this season’s Rocker trend right on. What’s really great is that it’s going to be priced at around $20-$50. T.I.L. Darling Clothing Boutique can’t wait to get back up and running. The beginning of the season is always exciting for me.
