If Dead Confederate is not the next big thing within the rock world, I just don’t understand rock music anymore. The group is a five man band hailing from Athens, Georgia. The main songs writers are Brantley Senn (bass and vocals) and Hardy Morris (guitar and vocals). They have known each since they were 19 years old, minus the keyboard player, and after graduating college, they all moved into the same house. Now, they are a band to look out for with their song “The Rat.” They are fairly dark and ominous, but for any real grunge/alternative rocker. You’ll be reliving the days of Nirvana.
